Zoe Antoniou from Chancellors School made it through to the Regional Final at Thurrock on the basis of a stunning menu at the District Final in Hitchin. She opted to use the same menu but with some improvements suggested in the feedback at the District Final. The competition was even tougher this time and unfortunately, despite another excellent meal, she did not progress to the National Final. This was a wonderful achievement for her first time in the competition and the food she produced was of exceptional quality. |
